The job

As 5CA Account Manager you will be challenged to build and manage your commercial portfolio. You will act as a customer point of contact for account management, managing and expanding the commercial relationship with our clients.
Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships by becoming their partner to increase client satisfaction
• Proactively implement innovative improvements to add business value to our clients by up and cross-selling complete proposition portfolio 5CA
• Organize, prepare and lead Quarterly Business Reviews with your clients to discuss observations & trends, and determine focus areas for the upcoming months.
• Responsible for creating and executing yearly Sales Plans for existing Clients
• Ensure constant quality level of commercial administration in CRM and pipeline management system

Job Requirements

• Experience in sales or account management; previous experience with tech scale-ups is strongly preferred
• Proven experience engaging with clients, understanding the client’s needs, discovering new opportunities, and overcoming challenges
• Experience with sales CRM; MS Dynamics it’s a plus
• You are a great storyteller hence able to bring the message of 5CA across powerfully and originally
• Results-oriented, critical thinking with a healthy dose of skepticism
• You master the English language and are a great communicator
