Position : B2B Marketing Manager

So, we‘re turning the world into everyone’s domestic talent circle with our online talent marketplace for remote customer service work. Matching supply and demand without geographic or payroll challenges. A platform that brings it all together.

The Job

We recently launched the Cocoroco platform and are ready to expand our marketing team. With that in mind, we’re looking for a B2B Marketing Manager.

Your focus will be setting up and managing the B2B marketing strategy including leading, planning and executing integrated B2B marketing campaigns that include PPC, email campaigns, participation in industry conferences and events, webinars, case studies, white papers and website updates.

You will handle marketing efforts for brand awareness and build credibility for our potential new clients.

As well as, lead generation (MQL), website development and content curation to drive organic traffic (SEO), and sales collateral. You drive the top of the funnel for companies with a data driven approach for the entire organisation. You ensure Cocoroco is known by its target users.

We are a start-up so nothing is set in stone. This is what we think we expect from you…


  • Create value propositions that communicate clearly to targeted audiences -working closely with content and design to create the right messages;
  • Work closely with the sales to set-up targets and create a lead list;
  • Perform ongoing tracking and reporting on B2B marketing initiatives;
  • Manage budget, internal resources, and agencies, to achieve KPIs and continuous innovation;
  • Perform multiple A/B and multivariate testing to ensure the right segmentation
Required profile for job ad : B2B Marketing Manager


  • 4+ years’ experience in preferably B2B industry with high-growth multi-cultural start-up experience;
  • Driven by data not opinions, and at ease interpreting data (we’re fostering a data-driven decision-making culture);
  • Excellent Business level English- writing and speaking skills;
  • Possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude and strong motivation to learn;
  • Are curious and self-starting - you seek to take up and start new projects.
  • Are located in the Netherlands.
