Position : Branch Manager

We are looking for profiles and CVs of Branch Managers that we will send to our large account customers for their future recruitment needs.

Duties:

  • Create and implement a business development plan ;
  • Manage day to day branch operations ;
  • Maintain the financial account details ;
  • Support Marketing efforts ;
  • Prepare budgetary reports ;
  • Monitor employees performance ;
  • Propose strategies for the business development ;
  • Provide guidance to staff regarding policies, rules and regulations ;
  • Resolve complex issues ;
  • Build strong customer relations ;
  • Explain contracts to customers.
Required profile for job ad : Branch Manager
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field ;
  • 6 years of experience ;
  • Ability to prioritize and plan work activities ;
  • Strong communication skills ;
  • Excellent customer service skills ;
  • Organization and time management skills.
