Project: Global Municipal Database for Atlas of Urban Expansion Project The Global Municipal Database (GMD) Project. GMD is a database of 200 cities containing internationally comparable data on local government budgets and responsibilities. This data was to provide participating cities with the ability to benchmark basic financial information against global comparators. 1. Consultancy Services for the Master Planning Design and Documentation of a Proposed Eldoret Eco-industrial Park on BLOCK15/1757, Eldoret Municipality Achievements:  Inception report preparation  Assisted in Technical coordination.  Trained and oversaw work done by the project Assistants.  Prepared research instruments and methodological approach.  Assisted the physical planning thematic group to conceptualize Industrial Park Master Plan  Prepared the Eco-Industrial Park Land Use Plan.  Assisted in the Preparation of Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA)for the industrial Park 2. Consultancy services for undertaking a study and formulation of responsive Nairobi city county development control policies to facilitate implementation of the Nairobi Integrated Urban Development Master This project aimed at preparing state-of-the-art development guidelines to guide Nairobi city in becoming green, resilient, compact, mixed-use, and observing the principles of Transit Oriented Development (TOD). Roles: Achievements:  Reviewed Nairobi City County Development Control Policies.  Prepared Development Control guidelines for the county of Nairobi.  Oversaw and guided ALL work done by the project Assistants.
