In this work experience, i was doing the following as my roles and responsibilities, i.e, Supervision of workers on site and also Keeping sites diary.i act as the Head of steel work and Interpretation of structural drawings and distributions of work on site I ensure that site data and information is updated, well organized easily accessible in addition to that I do Prepare tasks and carryout report to both the company and university • i Organize and plan field /site activities in coordination with site Engineer i make sure I Develop memorandum of understandings with skillful and unskillful laborers

Coordinate with the WASH Coordinator in implementing the project’s common activities to ensure integrity in the quality of World Vision’s WASH programs intervention Identify, assess, and respond to WASH (water, sanitation, and hygiene) needs among targeted schools and the targeted community in Tonj South. Conduct health and hygiene promotion sessions for schools (teachers, schools principals and students) and for community members in Tonj South. Arrange trainings to WVL staff, schools, municipalities and health care providers on a referral mechanism for health service. Mobilize communities to increase ownership and maintenance of WASH. Implement health and hygiene promotion initiatives appropriate to the context ensuring the technical and social aspects of water and sanitation programming are integrated. Ensure all work is carried out as per the community needs and project standards Identify and assess public health and hygiene risks and needs Collaborate with a number of other agencies, including local authorities and international aid workers during the implementation of WASH programs. Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to WASH coordinator on project progress against work plan. Document and share lessons learned with the WASH coordinator local community members, and local stakeholders.
