 Developed a better warehouse annual/yearly stock spot check that enabled stock control in International Medical Corps South Sudan Program that ensured accountability and value for money for all supplies procured in the Country. This was done through the development of a Country Warehouse Spot Check Calendar.  Ensured a better working relationship and cooperation between International Medical Corps and the Logistics cluster by constantly sharing information whenever it is required for efficient shipping of program supplies to the various IMC field sites in South Sudan  Supervised the conduct of annual/yearly warehouse physical stock count throughout the Country in order to embrace accountability to our donors.  Conducted warehouse management trainings for example Warehouse Inspections procedures, Warehouse Stock updates reporting, handling of dangerous goods, Annual physical count procedures, warehouse stock segregation.  Ensured shipping documents and requirements are processed on time and supplies to be transported to the field sites are prepared on time and the right means of transported.  Established a stock control procedure whereby no items leave the warehouse or released from the warehouse without an approved Goods Issue Order (GIO). This enabled proper stock control and avoided loss of supplies from the warehouse.
