Managed the day-to-day store activities of Jebel-Lodge hotel. Responsible for receiving items into the store. Control issuance by ensuring that items out of store are requested using the right forms and approved by the right people. Responsible for store arrangement by ensuring that the items are correctly arranged according to the described store arrangement systems. Responsible for store cleaning. Ensured that store inventory list is updated, store cards are correctly positioned and updated. Responsible for ordering out of stock replenishment. Responsible for locking and opening of the store.

Supervise the quality of work to ensure that the office and guesthouse cleaning is done according to COSV standards. Supervise guesthouse cooks to ensure that the quality of food cooked is meet the cooking directives recommended. Coordinated with senior management to report any issue at the guesthouse or office. Coordinated with the supplier to ensure compound-related services and deliveries are done timely. Manage compound cleaning materials inventory and place the order for replenishment. Ensure the flowers are trimmed, watered, and maintained. Ensure timely disposal of garbage and removal of sewage as per the agreed timetable. Ensure lights and water is functional at all times. Ensure security is up to date at all times.

Conducts regular visits in offices and residences to ensure the prescribed standards or quality of cleanliness are met in offices and residences in ICRC Premises Plans and schedule cleaning program and conduct regular trainings on hygiene guidelines for the housekeeping team to deliver quality services to the staff Supports the Sub-delegations and offices in South Sudan with trainings for domestic staff.
