Receive physical forms from the field teams, and develop an appropriate filing system of open and closed cases;
Maintain CP database for ADA and enter new and updates with all forms accurately and on timely manner on to the CPIMS;
Assist in monitoring all tracing information and give appropriate feedback to the supervisor and the case workers on required action. Request for additional information from the case workers when necessary and work with the field staffs to ensure efficient data capture protocols;
Prepare and update monthly statistics on identification, tracing, follow up and reunifications according to program needs and send to line manager for compilation;
Responsible for the periodical internet synchronization with the Juba main office whilst ensuring strict confidentiality of the information on children and adherence to CP ISP;
Assist line manager in supporting the technical implementation of plans to facilitates family tracing, reunification etc. and communicate with others tracing agents when necessary;
