Management of Child protection Database (CPIMS) and reporting.  Receive physical forms from the field teams, and develop an appropriate filing system of open and closed cases;  Maintain CP database for ADA and enter new and updates with all forms accurately and on timely manner on to the CPIMS;  Assist in monitoring all tracing information and give appropriate feedback to the supervisor and the case workers on required action. Request for additional information from the case workers when necessary and work with the field staffs to ensure efficient data capture protocols;  Prepare and update monthly statistics on identification, tracing, follow up and reunifications according to program needs and send to line manager for compilation;  Responsible for the periodical internet synchronization with the Juba main office whilst ensuring strict confidentiality of the information on children and adherence to CP ISP;  Assist line manager in supporting the technical implementation of plans to facilitates family tracing, reunification etc. and communicate with others tracing agents when necessary;

Management of Unaccompanied & Separated Children and other vulnerable Children  Carryout an awareness raising messages on prevention of families’ separation to the community.  Carryout trainings to Community Base Child Protection Network (CBCPN) on how to identify and report children with protection concerns to actors and also provide trainings to Foster parents on how to do fostering.  Maintain daily contact with the child protection focal persons, Community Based Child Protection Networks (CBCPN) and other structures to gather information on cases requiring support;  Identify and address emergency needs including family tracing for Unaccompanied and Separated (UASC) children, missing children and Other Vulnerable Children (OVCs) in a timely manner  Use standard database forms to capture details of UASC, OVC and missing children.  Lead weekly internal case management meetings and make reports/bring to the immediate attention any case of special/emergency needs to the Project Officer;  Conduct service mapping assessment in the target areas and support the development of referral systems with different service providers and the local NGO partners;
