.I have been working with several companies as a project manager in all aspects of urban planning. Where I managed to design and implement several neighborhood plans, regularization of the informal settlements at Bunju A, Mkoani Street, in Kinondoni Municipality, Mbezi Msakuzi in Ubungo Municipality, and Tabata Bonyokwa Kisiwani Street in Ilala Municipality. These projects, they are all successful where I managed to get approved town planning Drawings and approved survey plans.
In addition, I am involved in the preparation of master plans, and environment management by preparation of Ruaha catchment management planning, policy-making, and review. In addition, I participated in the preparation of land use planning and transport planning.
I am also working with several firms as their private consultants such as law firms, and Agriculture by advising them on all matters related to land.
Currently, I am a fully registered town planner under the board of Town planners in Tanzania with a registration number TP/T0121/0514.
