responsibilities was identification of protection related issues, documentation, referral and follow up of GBV relatedcases, conducting Awareness on GBV topics, Focus Group Discussion (FGD),SASA, community GBV sensitization, establishing relationships withcommunity leaders and also developing mechanisms to ensure systematicidentification and documentation of GBV cases, coordinating with differentstakeholders to address GBV issues identified on the field and support thecapacity building and plan, organisate and facilitate trainings for IDPs, Hostcommunity members and various levels of stake holders on GBV and Protection. In the course of my work, I have improved my skills through various workshops,and on-the-job trainings in Facilitation, Advocacy, Reporting, Monitoring &Evaluation and Team building.
