Owns the development life cycle of the system and is responsible for managing technical risks throughout the project implementation process. Work in close relationship with the research and development department to implement the system per African context in terms of technology and application Provide technical support in ensuring the data is secure, accurate, and error and bugs free by querying database errors and fixing them. Ensures efficient use of the system by creating and managing user accounts and creating mobile sales points for loading credits and monitoring meter functionalities. Maintained and updated database for newly created accounts ensuring efficiency in service delivery by mitigating operational challenges with the network. Ensured technical teams are contributing to our code library. Managed technical resources within budget and project-tracked project schedule. Consistently delivered high-quality services to our clients as we deal with water, lack of water in the client’s premises is our concern.
